Worked on the narmi/design_system repository to address a UI consistency issue related to icon rendering. Focused on front end and UI development using JavaScript, the developer identified and fixed a bug where incorrect fill properties were applied to feed and security icons. By removing these extraneous attributes, the update ensured that icons rendered as intended, improving visual fidelity and reducing unintended styling across components. The targeted fix enhanced the reliability of the design system, minimized styling drift, and supported smoother downstream usage for product teams. Clear documentation and maintainable code practices were demonstrated throughout the bug resolution process.
