Developed and delivered a comprehensive Observability Dashboards feature for the fastly/cli repository, enabling automated dashboard management directly from the command line. This work involved implementing full CRUD operations for dashboards and their items, integrating tightly with the existing API client and CLI command structure. Using Go for both API integration and CLI development, the solution enhanced dashboard management workflows and improved visibility into application performance for developers. The feature set allowed users to create, list, describe, update, and delete dashboards, streamlining observability tasks and supporting more efficient monitoring practices within the Fastly CLI environment over the course of the month.
