Worked on both the port-labs/ocean and backstage/backstage repositories, focusing on enhancing integration flexibility and user interface consistency. In port-labs/ocean, enabled unauthenticated access to Backstage resources by making the authentication token optional, streamlining internal tooling and reducing onboarding friction through updates to client initialization and configuration management. In backstage/backstage, improved the EntityPicker component by ensuring consistent display using primaryTitle and adding Markdown rendering for descriptions, which enhanced both user experience and documentation clarity. Utilized TypeScript, React, and Material-UI to implement these features, incorporating thorough testing and documentation updates to support maintainability and developer productivity across both projects.
