Developed the foundational KEV data catalog for the cisagov/kev-data repository, focusing on initializing structured vulnerability data and establishing robust repository scaffolding. Leveraging skills in data management and vulnerability management, the work included creating and populating a CSV-based catalog of known exploited vulnerabilities with detailed CVE and mitigation information. Markdown was used extensively to author governance documentation, including SECURITY, README, and CONTRIBUTING files, as well as issue and pull request templates. This approach enabled secure, compliant collaboration and laid the groundwork for scalable, reproducible data ingestion and curation, aligning with open source best practices and supporting ongoing KEV data governance.
