During a two-month period, Tarra enhanced CI/CD workflows and developer tooling across the VeryGoodOpenSource organization. She upgraded the very_good_workflows repository by adopting the dart-lang/setup-dart action, removing deprecated credentials, and improving documentation to streamline Dart and Flutter publishing. In December, she focused on cross-repository release automation, updating CLI endpoints and navigation in very_good_cli, and coordinating SDK upgrades and changelog management in very_good_templates. Her work leveraged Dart, YAML, and GitHub Actions to improve reliability, security, and developer experience. The depth of her contributions ensured safer deployments, unified upgrade cycles, and clearer documentation for both internal teams and open source users.
