Worked on UI polish and consistency improvements for the TypeCellOS/BlockNote repository, focusing on enhancing the suggestion menus such as the slash menu and emoji picker. Addressed a targeted bug by standardizing CSS class naming and spacing within App.tsx, ensuring visual coherence across related components. The approach maintained existing functionality while confining changes to a small, low-risk area of the codebase, minimizing potential side effects. Utilized skills in component development, front end development, and UI development, leveraging CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. This work improved user experience by reducing ambiguity and promoting consistent styling in interactive UI elements.
