Worked on stabilizing and modernizing build tooling for the eclipse-scout/scout.docs and eclipse-scout/scout.rt repositories by upgrading Maven to version 25.1.1. Focused on build management and dependency management, the updates involved synchronizing Maven configuration and wrapper properties across both projects to ensure consistency and reduce the risk of build instability. This approach supported more reliable CI/CD processes and prepared the codebase for future upgrades. The work was implemented using XML for configuration changes and leveraged expertise in Maven to align tooling standards across repositories, resulting in two new features that improved maintainability without introducing any new bug fixes during the period.
