Worked on the koreader/koreaderhub.io.git repository to establish and deliver Thai localization for the KOReader User Guide, focusing on improving accessibility and onboarding for Thai-speaking users. Implemented a scalable localization workflow using Weblate, integrating PO file translation and version control to ensure traceable, auditable progress. The approach emphasized structured documentation and incremental translation updates, with translation coverage advancing from 15.6% to 17.9% over two months. By documenting the workflow and collaborating across teams, enabled faster localization cycles and positioned the project for broader internationalization. The work centered on documentation, localization, and translation, directly supporting business value and user experience.
