Worked on improving the Device Public Key API documentation for the mendersoftware/mender-server repository, focusing on clarifying the accepted cryptographic key types. The update corrected the notation from ED25519 to Ed25519 and added P-256 to the ECDSA specification, ensuring the documentation accurately reflected the server’s actual capabilities. This work, carried out using YAML and documentation best practices, aimed to reduce integration risks for device vendors and support current security standards. No code changes were made during this period, as the primary focus was on enhancing documentation clarity to facilitate smoother onboarding and future development for device manufacturers.
