Worked on automating and standardizing release documentation for the trento-project’s wanda, agent, and web repositories, focusing on streamlining the release workflow. Developed automated processes to update CHANGELOG.md files for releases 2.1.0 and 3.1.0, ensuring that new features, maintenance updates, dependency changes, and bug fixes were accurately captured. Leveraged Markdown for documentation and applied version control best practices to maintain consistency across repositories. By integrating CI-skipped commits and reusable automation, reduced manual overhead and improved traceability of release notes. The work emphasized documentation, release management, and version control, accelerating future release cycles and enhancing cross-repository transparency.
