During January 2025, Troian Ap worked on the akash-network/helm-charts repository, delivering a targeted update to the project’s code ownership governance. Troian reassigned the CODEOWNERS file from the codeowners-helm team to the codeowners-devops team, aligning repository ownership with current team responsibilities. This change improved governance clarity, reduced pull request review delays, and enhanced the security and compliance posture of the Helm charts. The work demonstrated skills in DevOps, version control hygiene, and policy-driven governance, leveraging Git and YAML to implement the update. While the scope was focused, the contribution addressed a key process bottleneck and improved cross-team collaboration.
