During October 2025, Thibaut Rollos focused on improving the stability of the FiligranHQ/xtm-hub repository by addressing a critical issue in the deployment’s storage layer. He corrected the Helm chart’s anti-affinity configuration for S3/MinIO, shifting from a preferred to a required rule to ensure pods were reliably distributed across Kubernetes nodes. This adjustment, implemented through precise YAML changes, resolved scheduling-related outages and reduced the risk of pod co-location. Thibaut’s work demonstrated a strong grasp of DevOps practices and backend development, delivering a targeted bug fix that enhanced the reliability and maintainability of the system’s Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
