Trupti Kole enhanced the ApprovalRequestDetails user interface in the zendesk/copenhagen_theme repository to support an updated decision structure, displaying both the decision maker and their notes. She addressed the challenge of empty decision notes by introducing a hyphen indicator, improving data clarity for end users. To ensure the UI remained compatible with evolving backend APIs, she updated the component to handle new decision data formats, supporting forward compatibility and data integrity. Her work involved front end development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and included lint cleanup and string literal standardization to improve code quality and maintainability throughout the codebase.
