Worked on enhancing the skill installation workflow in the stacklok/toolhive-studio repository by implementing a feature that pre-fills the installation dialog with OCI package identifiers. This update, developed using React and TypeScript, focused on improving user experience and reliability by reducing manual input and aligning default values to OCI references. The approach streamlined the installation process, minimized the risk of misconfiguration, and supported a shift toward OCI-centric packaging. Emphasis was placed on front end development and thorough testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency, resulting in a more intuitive and error-resistant skill installation flow for end users.
