Tudor Monkley focused on improving architecture diagram accuracy for the Planning-Inspectorate/back-office repository by addressing a Structurizr syntax issue in the workspace.dsl file. Using Architecture as Code principles and DevOps practices, Tudor corrected the tagging of the GOV Notify external system within C4 diagrams, ensuring external systems were represented clearly and in line with governance standards. This work, implemented in a domain-specific language (DSL), enhanced the clarity of architectural documentation for stakeholders and auditors. Although no new features were shipped during this period, the fix reduced interpretation risk in architecture reviews and established a stronger foundation for future diagram tooling improvements.
