Developed a feature in JavaScript and Python that adds an in-file notice to bergamot-translator.js, clearly indicating it is auto-generated and should not be modified. This approach leveraged build automation and code generation skills to reduce maintenance risk and prevent user errors. The update focused on documentation within the codebase, providing explicit DO NOT MODIFY messaging. No user-facing bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on improving onboarding and safeguarding the integrity of translation tooling.
