Worked on the 3mdeb/news-and-ideas repository to stabilize the CI/CD pipeline, focusing on ensuring deterministic builds for SEO-related tasks. Addressed build flakiness by locking the Hugo static site generator version to 0.131.0 within the GitHub Actions workflow, which eliminated issues caused by version drift and improved overall CI reliability. Utilized YAML for workflow configuration and leveraged CI/CD best practices to enhance release consistency and provide faster feedback during development. The work centered on bug fixing rather than feature development, demonstrating a targeted approach to infrastructure reliability and maintainability using GitHub Actions and automation tooling for continuous integration.
