Worked on improving the mobile user experience for the karpathy/nanochat repository by addressing a bug affecting chat input visibility on iOS Safari. Focused on front-end development and UI/UX, the solution involved updating the viewport meta tag and adding bottom padding to the input container using HTML to account for safe-area insets. This adjustment ensured that input fields remained fully visible and accessible when the page loaded, preventing overlap from the iOS Safari toolbar. The work was delivered as a targeted, low-risk front-end change, demonstrating attention to mobile usability and a methodical approach to resolving platform-specific interface issues.
