Worked on the spring-projects/spring-amqp repository to enhance dynamic listener management in Java-based backend systems using the Spring Framework. Developed and delivered a new getStreamName() method for the StreamListenerContainer, enabling dynamic retrieval of stream names and supporting reactive handling of broker events such as queue creation and deletion. This approach eliminated the need for external mappings or complex listener IDs, simplifying configuration and improving maintainability. The work focused on API enhancements rather than bug fixes, aligning with repository goals and laying the foundation for more scalable, event-driven messaging architectures in future iterations of the spring-amqp project.
