Addressed JSON serialization by implementing a per-entity rule that serializes single-item arrays as single objects, with robust error handling for multiple results. Improved notification workflow reliability by correcting a naming inconsistency in the GetNotificationContacts workflow, aligning property names with the data model for accurate retrieval. Focused on backend development and data modeling using C# and JSON, these changes standardized API responses, reduced client-side complexity, and supported broader integration scenarios, contributing to more maintainable and reliable API infrastructure.
