Worked on enhancing the GIST ontology’s Offer functionality in the semanticarts/gist repository, focusing on enabling buy, sell, and swap flows for marketplace interoperability. Replaced the generic gist:offers property with more precise gist:offersToProvide and gist:offersToReceive, clarifying offer semantics and reducing ambiguity. Expanded Offer class restrictions and improved metadata and annotations to strengthen data quality and validation. Documented these changes in detailed release notes to support onboarding and integration. Utilized skills in ontology engineering, RDF, and SKOS, and authored updates in Markdown and Turtle, ensuring consistency and improved data integrity across the ontology without introducing major bugs during the process.
