During October 2025, usermisc8 developed two self-service documentation features for the polarsource/polar repository, focusing on onboarding and support efficiency. They authored MDX-based guides that enable merchants to independently change account emails and create multiple organizations, each including step-by-step instructions and integrated visuals to enhance user comprehension. Leveraging skills in technical writing, user experience design, and Markdown, usermisc8 established a maintainable documentation structure that supports rapid future updates. The work addressed critical setup tasks, reducing support overhead and accelerating onboarding. While no bugs were fixed, the depth of the documentation and clarity of the guides contributed to improved user autonomy.
