Worked on the is-a-dev/register repository to enhance DNS deployment and contributor onboarding processes. Developed new issue and pull request templates to streamline onboarding, and implemented a GitHub Actions CI workflow that automates testing and publishing of DNS records for subdomain registrations. Addressed a DNS verification issue by correcting the TXT record type, ensuring accurate domain validation. Leveraged skills in DNS management, DevOps, and GitHub Actions, with a focus on JSON and YAML for configuration. These improvements reduced manual intervention, improved deployment reliability, and accelerated the registration process, demonstrating a practical approach to automation and DNS provisioning within the project.
