Developed an LSP-based document highlighting feature for the JetBrains/intellij-community repository, focusing on enhancing the accuracy and context-awareness of code element highlighting within the editor. Leveraging Kotlin and backend development skills, the implementation integrated Language Server Protocol support to improve code navigation and reduce cognitive load during inspection and refactoring. The work established a technical foundation for future LSP-driven enhancements, ensuring extensibility and maintainability. No major regressions were reported during this period, reflecting careful engineering and testing practices.
