Validation included five protocol-ops phases completed in paired local reth+zkstack flow; 16 non-prividium integration tests passed; 182 tests passed, 4 skipped; L1 protocol version verified at 0.31.0. This work improves upgrade reliability, reduces downtime risk, and reinforces upgrade correctness across networks.
