Worked on enhancing platform onboarding documentation in the liatrio/devops-bootcamp repository, focusing on improving user experience for teams deploying applications. The work involved refining onboarding tips based on user feedback, reorganizing the placement of ArgoCD-related questions to streamline the onboarding flow, and making grammar and clarity improvements to reduce errors and support requests. Leveraged skills in documentation design, GitOps, and platform engineering, collaborating with UX and platform teams to ensure guidance was clear and actionable. All changes were managed using Markdown and Git-based versioning, resulting in more accessible onboarding materials that help accelerate platform adoption and reduce onboarding friction.
