Worked on the commercetools/nimbus repository to introduce internationalization support and enhance UI safety for front end components. Built initial i18n scaffolding within NimbusProvider, enabling locale-aware translation loading and test utilities to support multilingual interfaces. Applied a TypeScript-driven approach to strengthen type safety and linting for UI elements such as Checkbox, accompanied by expanded test coverage. Prioritized production stability by implementing a rollback path for early i18n integration and type-check changes, ensuring no regressions were introduced. Maintained clear documentation and commit history to support traceability and future enhancements, leveraging React, TypeScript, and JavaScript throughout the development process.
