Worked on SpotiFLAC to deliver enhancements focused on download management and playlist reliability, emphasizing user-facing improvements and maintainable code. Developed new GUI controls in Python to allow users to remove downloaded tracks, track successful and skipped downloads, and manage existing files, providing clearer feedback throughout the download lifecycle. Implemented UI-driven auto-delete functionality with retry capabilities for failed downloads, increasing overall reliability. Prioritized code quality by removing unnecessary comments, improving readability and future maintainability. Leveraged skills in GUI development, signal handling, and threading to ensure robust feature delivery. The work targeted reducing manual intervention and support overhead for end users.
