Worked on the CleverTap/clevertap-android-sdk repository to enhance the reliability of push permission handling and streamline configuration flows within the Android SDK. Focused on improving stability by introducing null checks and reset logic, ensuring that permission states remained consistent across various components. Addressed configuration drift by enforcing uniform usage patterns, which reduced the likelihood of edge-case failures. Additionally, cleaned up the test suite by removing outdated JUnit 5 API references, simplifying ongoing maintenance and reducing test fragility. Utilized Java and Kotlin for SDK development and unit testing, demonstrating a methodical approach to incremental improvements and codebase maintainability over the month.
