Worked on expanding platform support and stabilizing continuous integration for the scikit-learn/scikit-learn repository, focusing on Windows ARM64 environments. Delivered Windows ARM64 CI support for building and testing wheels in GitHub Actions, updating runner configurations and scripts to accommodate the Windows on ARM (WoA) environment. Addressed the lack of Docker support on WoA runners by implementing a Docker-less workaround, ensuring reliable builds and tests. Utilized Shell and YAML to manage build systems and CI/CD workflows, broadening cross-platform coverage and improving release reliability for ARM64 users. The work reduced potential platform-related blockers and increased confidence in the release process.
