Vetri developed the Elsa x402 DeFi API for the coinbase/x402 repository, delivering a micropayment-enabled API for portfolio analytics, token prices, yield suggestions, and transaction history on the Base network. The project focused on API development and DeFi integration, using JSON for data interchange and microservices for scalable deployment. Vetri implemented a pay-per-request monetization model using USDC, enabling on-chain payments and supporting developer adoption within the Elsa x402 ecosystem. The work included comprehensive documentation and seamless integration, providing new data services and monetization opportunities. Over the month, Vetri demonstrated depth in API design and cross-network deployment without addressing bug fixes.
