Worked on the ollama/ollama repository to deliver a new Image Tag Rendering toggle within GlmOcrRenderer, enhancing the rendering pipeline’s flexibility and maintainability. Developed the feature in Go, updating backend logic to honor a boolean toggle that determines whether image tags are included in rendered outputs. Comprehensive tests were implemented to validate both the toggle’s behavior and the overall rendering process, ensuring output fidelity and alignment between prompts and rendered results. Addressed a targeted issue with glm-ocr image tag rendering in prompts, improving user experience and consistency. The work demonstrates a methodical approach to backend development and feature validation.
