During November 2025, Videah developed and integrated the Cherri language extension within the zed-industries/extensions repository, focusing on expanding language support for developers. The work involved creating a new submodule and updating configuration files using Git and TOML, enabling modular delivery of language extensions and streamlining the setup process for Cherri users. By collaborating on the initial commit, Videah improved extension reliability and laid the foundation for future language ecosystem growth. The project demonstrated skills in extension development, submodule management, and version control, delivering a targeted feature that enhanced the developer experience without introducing new bugs during the period.
