Focused on backend and API development using Java, the work introduced selective macro validation logic to prevent silent failures during stage validation. By adding the ability to configure whether invalid macros are skipped, the implementation ensures that critical OAuth macros now throw explicit errors when validation fails. This approach improves both the robustness and transparency of the validation process, addressing potential reliability gaps and strengthening the overall authentication workflow without introducing new bugs during the development period.
