During November 2025, Miposhka contributed to the hacksider/kilocode repository by implementing support for reasoning_details in the OpenRouter API, enhancing traceability by preserving and transmitting reasoning traces within the message format. Using TypeScript and Node.js, Miposhka clarified the scope of reasoning_details by removing outdated comments in the OpenRouterHandler and Task classes, ensuring the feature applied specifically to OpenRouter providers. This work improved debugging capabilities and clarified API contracts, resulting in better maintainability across OpenRouter integrations. The depth of the changes demonstrated a thoughtful approach to backend development, focusing on robust API design and clear, maintainable code for future enhancements.
