Worked on the mosip/inji-config repository to enhance the handling of sensitive configuration, specifically focusing on secret management for HSM integration. Addressed a critical bug by reinstating the keystore password configuration, reverting a previous change to ensure the password is now sourced securely from environment variables or a configuration server. This update improved deployment reliability and aligned the secret management process with security and compliance best practices. Utilized configuration management skills and worked with Properties files to restore the keystore password provisioning flow, preventing startup failures and supporting automated deployment across diverse environments while maintaining disciplined version control throughout the process.
