Worked on the po-ui/po-angular repository to enhance the reliability and user experience of the multiselect component by addressing a bug in tag removal validation. Focused on ensuring that only relevant options remain selected when tags are removed, the developer refined the validation logic and introduced targeted unit tests for the closeTag method, particularly handling cases where an empty string is provided. This approach improved edge-case handling and strengthened test coverage. Utilizing Angular and TypeScript for front end development, the work emphasized robust validation and maintainable code, contributing to a more predictable and user-friendly multiselect interaction within the application.
