Worked on the influxdata/official-images repository to update and maintain MariaDB server image metadata for the Q1 2026 maintenance release cycle. Focused on aligning version tags and Git commit hashes across multiple architectures and directories, this effort improved the accuracy and reliability of metadata used in deployment pipelines and automation. Leveraged skills in containerization, database management, and DevOps, utilizing Shell scripting to implement the changes. The work ensured that downstream automation and deployment processes could rely on up-to-date and consistent metadata, supporting smoother maintenance releases and reducing the risk of version mismatches in production environments. No bug fixes were recorded.
