Worked on the monta-app/github-workflows repository to enhance the deployment workflow, focusing on process reliability and code freshness. The main feature involved updating the GitHub Actions pipeline to explicitly fetch the latest main branch before deployment, reducing the risk of deploying outdated code. This change improved release reliability and ensured that deployments always reflected the most current state of the repository. The work was implemented using YAML for workflow configuration and leveraged skills in CI/CD and Git. Documentation was updated to align with governance standards, emphasizing traceability and clarity in the deployment process. No bug fixes were prioritized during this period.
