Worked on the cloudfoundry/community repository to deliver and document the new cflinuxfs5 stack based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, enabling parallel support with cflinuxfs4. Focused on configuration management and documentation, the work included consolidating governance artifacts, compatibility matrices, and onboarding materials using Markdown and YAML. Defined ARD workstream proposals and clarified ARI responsibilities to improve cross-team coordination and maintainability. Established new repositories and updated RFC drafts to support the stack launch, ensuring operators and developers had clear guidance for migration and ongoing modernization. The approach emphasized standardized documentation and repository configuration to reduce risk and streamline future development efforts.
