Leveraged CI/CD practices and GitHub Actions to unify PyPI and TestPyPI publishing, replacing the previous standalone PyPI workflow with a dedicated, automated pipeline. Used Bash and YAML to define and manage the new workflows, which improved the reliability and speed of nightly Python wheel distributions. These changes reduced manual intervention and enabled more consistent releases of ttmlir components, streamlining the overall release management process and ensuring that nightly builds were distributed efficiently to both PyPI endpoints.
