He authored detailed guides covering transcriber and voice fallback configurations, updated navigation structures, and clarified setup steps for both dashboard and API workflows. Using Markdown and leveraging skills in technical writing and user experience design, Vitali expanded sections to include provider-specific settings, best practices, and FAQs. This work addressed outage resilience by enabling faster onboarding and reducing support needs, demonstrating depth in cross-functional collaboration and a strong understanding of API integration and documentation tooling.
