This update standardized version handling and introduced automated verification of successful DTLS 1.3 handshakes, improving the reliability and readiness of the DTLS stack. The work focused on network programming and security protocols, utilizing Rust for system-level implementation. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on expanding feature coverage and strengthening test infrastructure to ensure robust protocol negotiation and compatibility in secure network environments.
