Worked on enhancing localization for the systemd/systemd repository by updating the Simplified Chinese translation file, zh_CN.po, to reflect the latest translation status and incorporate contributions from new translators. Leveraged the Weblate platform to streamline the translation workflow, ensuring that updates aligned with ongoing internationalization goals and improved accessibility for Chinese-speaking users. Focused on maintaining translation consistency with repository strings and validating changes through the build process. Utilized localization skills and proficiency with PO files to deliver a targeted feature update, expanding systemd’s localization coverage and supporting collaborative translation efforts within the open source community during the project period.
