During February 2025, Wannfq delivered a major upgrade to the Gantry pipeline plugin within the seek-oss/skuba repository, focusing on build automation and CI/CD reliability. They migrated all template configurations from Gantry version 3.0.0 to 4.0.0, updating Buildkite pipeline YAML files to ensure seamless integration with the latest plugin features. Wannfq documented the changes through a detailed changeset entry, capturing both the technical enhancements and compatibility improvements. This work enabled the project to leverage new Gantry capabilities while maintaining robust pipeline operations. The depth of the upgrade reflects careful attention to configuration management and continuous integration best practices.
