Worked on enhancing the Japscan extension within the keiyoushi/extensions-source repository, focusing on improving parsing reliability and chapter detection accuracy. Refactored the extension from ParsedHttpSource to HttpSource, implementing custom parsing methods in Kotlin to gain finer control over web scraping logic using Jsoup. Addressed issues with honeypot and chapter filtering by rejecting zero-padded URLs and introducing a new CSS selector to better identify valid chapters within the Tachiyomi framework. Collaborated with other contributors to ensure compatibility and maintainability, resulting in more robust chapter parsing and alignment with expected extension behavior. No bugs were fixed during this period.
