October 2025: Delivered a comprehensive Feedback Management System for west2-online/fzuhelper-server, enabling end-to-end feedback processing from creation to retrieval and listing. Implemented CreateFeedback and GetFeedback services with API handlers and RPC calls, added ListFeedback service, and refactored retrieval/creation flows for better organization and error handling. Updated API endpoints, request/response contracts, and RPC surfaces; extended Makefile to include the new service and integrate with build/test pipelines. Added end-to-end tests to cover create, get, and list scenarios. This work improves feedback processing speed, visibility for product/support teams, and system reliability, while laying the groundwork for analytics and workflow automation.
