During November 2024, Webber Takken contributed to the sandboxie-plus/Sandboxie repository by implementing Dutch translations for the SandMan and RecoveryWindow user interfaces. Focusing on internationalization and localization, Webber updated translation strings across relevant components to enhance accessibility for Dutch-speaking users. The work involved careful integration of TypeScript within the existing UI translation workflows, ensuring consistency and maintainability throughout the codebase. Although no bugs were reported or fixed during this period, the feature laid a solid foundation for future localization efforts. This contribution improved the user experience for a broader audience and demonstrated proficiency in codebase maintenance and collaborative development practices.
