Worked on improving workspace restoration reliability in the opensumi/core repository by addressing a bug affecting recent workspace access in web-based, non-Electron environments. Focused on constructing accurate workspace URLs across different URI schemes to ensure seamless opening of recent workspaces. Enhanced the user experience by adding explicit feedback when browser pop-up blockers interfere with workspace access, reducing confusion and failed restoration attempts. Utilized front-end development skills with TypeScript and JavaScript to implement these changes, demonstrating attention to detail in web development workflows. The work contributed to a more robust and user-friendly process for managing workspaces in browser-based scenarios.
