During December 2024, Isuru Vithanage developed an end-to-end customer support chat platform, delivering both backend and frontend components across the IsuruVithanage/Cripsy-BackEnd and Cripsy-FrontEnd repositories. He established a durable data persistence layer using Java, Spring Boot, and JPA, designing entities and REST APIs to manage conversations and messages. The frontend, built with React and TypeScript, provided unified chat interfaces for admins and customers, supporting real-time updates via polling. By containerizing services with Docker and configuring deployment-ready databases, Isuru enabled scalable, maintainable operations. His work focused on robust data integrity, clean API design, and a reusable, user-friendly UI experience.
